the floor only goes up.
HOBO is the trench rat of fobo.fun — the launchpad where every coin has a floor price that only moves up. Started in an Amazon box. Survived every wipeout. Now he carries the whole supply chain on his back.

> hobo --how-to-buy
how to buy.
Three steps. Even a rat in a box can do it. I did.
open fobo.fun
Head to fobo.fun and find $HOBO. That's my corner of the chain — the box with the amber glow.
pay with anything
Pay with a token from Ethereum, Base, Solana, Bitcoin and more. fobo.fun does it in one click — no bridging by hand. I carry boxes, not bridges.
swap for $HOBO
Confirm the swap. Every trade pays the 2.5% tax, and the floor sits under the price — not at your entry. Welcome to the cargo.
PRICES MOVE. THE FLOOR IS THE LOWEST PRICE THE PROTOCOL WILL PAY, NOT A PROMISE OF PROFIT. ONLY TRADE WHAT YOU CAN AFFORD TO LOSE.
> hobo --explain floor
how the floor works
(rat edition)
Four steps. This is how fobo.fun builds the floor under every coin, HOBO included. I would know. I live on it.
step 1 of 4
the whole supply is the pool.
At launch, a Uniswap v4 hook called FoboHook stuffs the entire fixed supply — 1,000,000,000 $HOBO — into the pool and owns every position. Nobody else can add liquidity. Not me. Not you. Not the guy who stole my first box.
FoboHook · 1,000,000,000 $HOBO
owner of every position: FoboHook · LP tokens minted: none
step 2 of 4
every trade pays the floor.
Every swap pays a 2.5% tax on the pair side. No separate LP fee. Of that, 1.5% goes straight to the floor, 0.6% to the creator, 0.4% to the protocol. Every buy, every sell, every full-blown panic — the rat gets paid in floor.
2.5% TAX, SPLIT THREE WAYS — PER 1 ETH TRADE
step 3 of 4
the floor is a wall under the price.
One wall of buy liquidity sitting right under the price, sized to buy back every token held outside the pool. It gets raised once per block and only moves up — so every holder can always sell. The price can nap on my floor. The floor never naps.
blocks, oldest to newest
ILLUSTRATION · ONE STEP PER BLOCK, NEVER DOWN
step 4 of 4
nobody can pull it.
The hook has no owner, no withdraw function, no proxy, and no LP tokens exist. The liquidity can't be removed — not by the team, not by fobo.fun, not by anybody. You can't steal a box that has no door.
FoboHook · IMMUTABLE
price can nap.
the floor can't.
> hobo --lore
the legend of the box.
Every rat has an origin story. This one smells like cardboard and survival.
EARLY HOBO.
HOBO was just a down-on-his-luck trench rat trying to weather the volatility of a new digital frontier. Trapped inside a battered, recycled cardboard box, he wore a tattered suit jacket, a stained tie, and a patched beanie — and he carried that box everywhere he went.
With wide, desperate eyes and an unreadable expression, he took refuge in whatever shelter he could piece together. He scavenged abandoned scrap and dropped payload boxes across the early chain, barely staying afloat while rival tokens burned out around him. He wasn't a player yet. He was cargo.
THE OLD HOBO.
Before the glowing code and the armored backpack, there was this guy. Brown fur, big pink ears, a beanie held together by patches, and a suit that had seen better chains. The box never left his hand — not once.
He didn't look like a legend. That's what made him one.
WHY THE BOX?
The box was all HOBO had. It started as a simple, discarded $AMZN cardboard box that represents the origin of endless deliveries. When thousands of tokens evaporated around him, HOBO crawled inside that box to shield himself from the fallout.
It was his home, his defense mechanism, and his entire identity.
EVOLUTION.
HOBO is no longer the scruffy scavenger who barely made it through. Surviving every battlefield and system reboot on FOBO forced him to adapt. He stepped out of his stationary cardboard box and evolved into FOBO's ultimate warrior.
The crude box he once hid inside has been re-engineered into an armored, modular backpack stamped with the logo of his home. He no longer hides in the box. He carries the entire supply chain on his back.
"When FOBO was born, they gave me a cardboard box and told me to survive. I watched thousands of tokens turn to dust from inside those four walls. But you don't stay alive on FOBO by staying down. I rebuilt my face from glowing code, strapped the vault to my back, and learned to walk through the fire. I used to live in the box. Now I ship the world inside it."
